Temporary Parking Restrictions Scheduled During Run the Valley
The annual 5K/10K race and 5K walk is scheduled for April 13, 2013 at Brookview Community Center in Golden Valley.

Preparations are underway for the annual Run the Valley fundraiser for the Golden Valley Human Services Fund- including setting up one-day parking restrictions during the event.
The 2013 5K/10K race and 5K walk is scheduled to take place April 13 starting and ending at Brookview Golf Course/Community center.
“Since the event is expected to draw a large crowd of people and parking lots in the Brookview Gold Course may be used for golfers and race staging, all attendees may need to park on local streets and in the lots at Brookview Park,” city staff wrote in a March 5 memo to the Golden Valley City Council.
