What Should Go Here in Golden Valley?

The former AutoLuxe site is for lease at 9130 Golden Valley Road, right off Hwy 55 in Golden Valley.

The small facility had once housed a specialized shop selling predominantly higher-end used luxury vehicles. Models offered included Mercedes Benz, BMX and Scion. It also sold Honda, Toyota and Volkswagen, among a wide selection of other makes and models. 

Now the building sits empty in an area that includes a mix of commercial properties including restaurants, a Valvoline shop, a golf shop--Chip and Putt and National Camera Exchange. Nearby Culver's will be taking over the old Piazza's Restaurant site so the area. It's a visible location next to Hwy 55 and Hwy 169 near the Plymouth border.

Do you think the area needs more retail or perhaps another restaurant? Would it be good to have another auto shop there or something else completely different?
