"The City Council was absolutely right to refuse to sell park land back when Atkins was mayor. The sale of Harmon Park Reserve or land overlooking the Mississippi just to be developed would have been a travesty."
~ Jake Tucker
Story:
"Whether people want to admit this or not, people are born gay. It seems a shame to punish children for the way God made them, for some antiquated belief created for the purpose of increasing the church's following. I think that the Minnesota council should not secede, but it should work towards having a more inclusive policy. What did these poor gay kids ever do to anyone anyway? Let's have a truly Christian approach here for a change."
~ Jeff Clark
Story:
"Cub needs to be more competitve in pricing. It was my go-to store until I discovered the same products at Target for usually 10-20% less."
~ Scott Moe
Story:
"My sis is gay. She loves her partner. Her love for her partner is no different than my love for my husband. And the rights that come along with marriage should not be any different for my sister and her partner. Who can choose their sexuality? Limiting marriage to a man and a woman is discrimination."
~ Ann J.
Story:
"What a nice surprise! The salads and hand made pasta are very good. Very good prices for pasta items. I am going back...often. Nice addition to the neighborhood, although it may be a little hard to find as it is not right on the street. Helpful staff, limited menu, take out only. You will really enjoy the pasta."
~ Joan Gabriel
