INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN — A 63-year-old man was killed in a crash in Inver Grove Heights on Tuesday night, according to Minnesota State Patrol.Calvin Evans, of Georgia, was identified as the man killed in the crash by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.According to State Patrol, Evans was driving north on Highway 52, when he drove off the road near Briggs Drive, hit a guard rail and the car flipped. He was pronounced dead on scene, officials said.State Patrol said the roads were icy that night and that Evans wasn't wearing a seat belt.
