Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

Beginning this year, K-12 schools throughout Inver Grove Heights are doing their part to build the local economy and support local farmers. September has been deemed "<a href="http://www.farm2schoolmn.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Farm to School Month</a>" in Minnesota and schools from all regions of the state will be taking part in the festivities which connect K-12 students with healthy, fresh food, that is grown locally. <a href="http://www.farm2schoolmn.org/index.php?q=map/node" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Participating school districts</a> will serve a wide range of foods from nearby farms ranging from sweet corn, cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers to cantaloupe and watermelon, among others. Many schools will also provide hands-on educational opportunities for students and community activities. Farm to School offers Minnesota myriad benefits including farm fresh foods for our K-12 students, keeping more of our "food dollars" circulating in the local economy, and supporting our region's many small and mid-size farmers.   After the conclusion of Farm to School Month, many schools will continue their Farm to School efforts throughout the year.
