Pawn America Taps Capouch to Head IGH Store
Longtime manager of the Fargo (N.D.) Pawn America, Randy Capouch is focused on building a team atmosphere.

Pawn America has appointed longtime Fargo (N.D.) store manager Randy Capouch to head of the company’s new store in Inver Grove Heights.
Capouch has been in charge of the Fargo location since 2008, according to a press statement issued today.
As incoming manager of the , Capouch is focused on leading his staff through specific company training initiatives.

"It is important to create an atmosphere where everyone feels a part of the team, with the same goal in mind, to provide the best service and support possible for our customers," Capouch said in the statement.
The Inver Grove Heights store will employ up to 35 people.

Capouch will relocate to the Twin Cities later this month to prepare for the summer opening of the new store.
