Readers React to Rolling Stone Cover of Accused Boston Bomber
Readers speak out on Rolling Stone's decision to run the Boston Marathon bomber suspect on the cover of July's edition.

By now, you’ve seen the cover. The July edition of Rolling Stone sports a self portrait of the accused Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
By now, you’ve seen the local reaction. Drug stores, like CVS and Walgreens in Inver Grove Heights, say they will not carry the magazine, in a protest of sorts.

But we want to know: Will you, personally, protest the racey editorial decision? A Nashua Patch blogger said that he intends to boycott the “advertisers of Rolling Stone magazine.”
On Thursday, we asked Inver Grove Heights residents what they thought about the magazine cover. Here's what they had to say on the Inver Grove Heights Facebook page:

- Jason: Media has sensationalized things like this forever. It sells. Bottom line this is about money.
- Emily: I'm sure the article is very interesting, but I'll never know because I think that fact that they put that individual on the cover is discusting [sic].
- Diane: it would have been enough to just have the title without the picture that has him looking like a younger Jim Morrison! News without titillation...now there's a thought!
- Nick: Love the support these chains are showing for Boston!
