Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

It could be a week of celebration and travel frustrations around Inver Grove Heights this week, as another eventful week unfolds here with a huge roadway construction project and, later this week, history unfolds around the state. Highway 3 Shuts Down Monday Motorists will encounter delays and a detour near Inver Grove Heights as Highway 3 (Robert Trail) closes between Ann Marie Trail and 80th Street beginning 6 a.m. Monday, July 29. In addition the ramps at Highway 55 will also close.Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour using Courthouse Blvd to access Hwy 55.The roadway is scheduled to re-open by Aug 11.The closure is needed as crews repair concrete on the roadway.Same-sex Marriages Legal in MinnesotaCourthouses statewide will be packed as Thursday, Aug. 1 becomes a day of history in Minnesota. Many will open at 12:01 a.m. for same-sex couples looking to "get hitched" under a new state law that recognizes their marriage for the first time, making Minnesota the 12th state in the United States to do so.
