Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

Having played 120 minutes to a 2-2 tie, the teams went to a penalty shootout where HEAT goalkeeper Joel Hostager made a diving save on a shot from Winona's top scorer to pave the way for Moises Rodriguez's game-winning goal. Hundreds of soccer players compete on HEAT teams each summer and fall, ranging from 4- and 5-year-olds up to U19s. Sunday's match was the final one for this particular HEAT team and the last one many of them will play together.
