PHOTOS: Car Accident in Tonka Bay
An accident Friday morning in Tonka Bay stopped traffic briefly. Authorities are sorting out the details.
At 11:20 a.m. Friday first-responders were called to the scene of a rollover accident at Manitou Road and West Point Road in Tonka Bay.
Two SUVs collided, and one rolled, when the trailing vehicle rear-ended the other. Responding was the Fire/Rescue Team from the Excelsior Fire District along with Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) Paramedics and South Lake Minnetonka Police, Orono Police and the Hennepin County Sheriff's office.
One driver did receive medical attention at the scene.
