Lakeville's Landscape and Business Expo Encourages Spring Fever

If this week's crazy-warm weather hasn't given you a significant case of Spring Fever, maybe the can help.

Saturday, March 17, is Lakeville's ninth annual Landscape and Home/Consumer Showcase Expo. More than 150 booths featuring local businesses, and special landscape and home vendors offering deals, tips and advice will be on hand. Patrons can even check out one of the five award winning seminars available.

The event is free to the public, and runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday at .

Thousands of residents from across Dakota County are expected to attend.

• 10 a.m. College City Design Build Inc. presents “Kitchen & Bath Design Trends”
• 11 a.m. Mimi Kane presents “How to Deal with Critters, Crud, and Winter Damage”
• Noon Terra Garden Center with “Fairy Gardening” and “Gardening for Children”
• 1 p.m. C.G.T. Limited, Inc.  presents “Weatherizing Your Home and Office to Save Money On Your Heating & Cooling Costs”
• 2 p.m. Bobby Jensen with “2011 Oh What A Year!”
