Pet of the Week: Litter of Lab Puppies Ready for Adoption

Several 13-week-old lab/hound mix puppies are available for adoption through Last Hope pet rescue

This week, we're featuring not just one, but a whole litter of pups that are ready for you to take them home.

Ben, Bill, Bob and Bonita are 13-week-old black Labrador / hound dog mixes who have been raised by fosters.

Each will be between 50 and 70 pounds when full grown.

All puppies will scratch with their teeth and nails as they mature, so these puppies are best with kids ages 5 and older who will be able to handle that.

Preference will be given to families with fenced in yards or acreage.

Adoption fee is $300 each, cash only, no checks. Each puppy is spayed or neutered and current with shots. To learn more, contact foster Kim at k.balder@hotmail.com or 507-351-6647.

Unfortunately, these puppies will not be at this weekend's adoption day event, but many other dogs and cats will be, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the .
