In March, Lakeville had 63 completed home sales, a 16.7 percent increase from the same month in 2012, according to the latest data from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.

And a sure sign that home sales are picking up: There were 18 completed deals since the April 28 Lakeville Patch report.
