Dakota County is hosting an Open House as part of the Regional Roadway System Visioning Study (RRSVS) Update. The public is invited to attend to learn more about the potential roadway network improvements, ask questions, and share feedback on draft recommendations.

If you are unable to attend, open house materials will be available on the project website at dakotacounty.us, search Roadway Vision Update. Questions and comments can be submitted to the project team through an online comment form that will be available May 31 through June 24.

Dakota County, with MnDOT and the cities of Eagan, Inver Grove Heights, Mendota Heights and Sunfish Lake, is updating the long-term vision for the transportation system in northeast Eagan and northwest Inver Grove Heights. Significant development and transportation improvements have occurred since the Regional Roadway System Visioning Study was completed in 2010. This updated study will assess the current and anticipated future conditions including safety, traffic congestion, land use, development, connectivity and cost effectiveness to refine the roadway system vision.
