Homes sales continue to climb in the Twin Cities, with the median sales price up for the 14th consecutive month.
In April, Mendota Heights saw a 77.1 percent rise in its median home sales price compared with the same period a year ago,  according to the latest data from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
