Award-Winning Twin Cities Chef Launches Frozen Pizza Line At Target

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Target is partnering with James Beard Award-winning chef and restaurateur Ann Kim to bring her signature pizzas and appetizers to stores.

As the visionary behind Minneapolis favorites Hello Pizza, Pizzeria Lola, and Young Joni, Kim is known for her bold innovation and boundary-pushing flavors—now coming to a freezer near you.

"I am incredibly excited to share my culinary creations through this collaboration with Target," Kim said in a news release.

"For me, food is all about pushing boundaries and creating memorable experiences. I’m excited for people to enjoy the pizzas featuring unexpected flavor combinations on a spectacular crust, plus Korean-inspired appetizers I think people will love."

Target will feature seven items inspired by Kim's Korean heritage, including her claim to fame: pizza.

Among them is the Pickle Pie, a variation on the classic topped with ranch sauce, sliced pickles, and potato chips—an unconventional combination that reflects Kim’s signature approach to reimagining familiar flavors.

The assortment includes four premium frozen pizzas for about $8 and three restaurant-quality frozen appetizers (about $6.45 each):
