Target’s New Same-Day Delivery Perk Feels A Lot Like Amazon Prime
With no markups and expanded access to other retailers, Target Circle 360 is looking more like a serious Amazon Prime competitor.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Target is expanding the perks of its Target Circle 360 membership by removing price markups on same-day delivery orders from more than 100 retailers, not just Target.
Until now, members could get same-day delivery from Target stores without any extra fees added to product prices. But when ordering from other retailers through Shipt, such as CVS, PetSmart, or Hy-Vee, item prices were often higher than in-store. That’s no longer the case.
Now, members can place same-day delivery orders at in-store prices from major chains like CVS, PetSmart, and Lowe’s, as well as regional grocers including Hy-Vee, Lowes Foods, and Giant Eagle. All deliveries are handled through Shipt, Target’s delivery partner.

“Target Circle 360 is now a true digital shopping center,” said Cara Sylvester, Target’s chief guest experience officer. “We’re making Saturday errand runs easier, faster, and more affordable.”
The $99-per-year membership includes unlimited same-day delivery on orders over $35, free two-day shipping, exclusive deals, monthly freebies, and extended return windows. New members can also get $20 off their first $75 order.
