Today: Homecoming in Minnetonka

A week of celebration and school pride will be capped off Friday by the king and queen coronation and pep fest at 1:55 p.m. and a football game against Edina beginning at 7 p.m. The Skipper football team stands at an impressive 3-0 this season.

Homecoming t-shirts and dance tickets on sale in the student union at Minnetonka High School.

Friday

MHS Dress-up Day: Tonka Pride Day (Wear Blue and White)

1:55 p.m., Pep-Fest and Queen/King Coronation in MHS West Gym

4 p.m., Parade in Excelsior on Water Street

7 p.m., Football game vs. Edina

Saturday

9 a.m., Powder Puff Football Game

10 a.m., Alumni Luncheon, MHS Cafeteria

9 p.m. - 11:59 p.m., Homecoming Dance in MHS Cafeteria

Dance tickets are available in the Student Union starting Sept. 19 for $10.  Students must have shoes and should not bring valuables to the dance.  A coat check will be available.
