Two donation-based yoga classes have been set for Saturday to help a Minnetonka family who could use support this holiday.
Eric Rynders passed away from heart failure on Dec. 4. He is survived by his wife, Dawn, and their three children ages 16, 14 and 11. Dawn was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.
Classes are 100 percent donation based and all proceeds will go directly to the family. The classes are hosted at the Edge (523 W 78th Street) in Chanhassen.
Classes
- 9:30 a.m. - Power Flow Yoga (Led by Stacy Bendt Colson)
- 11 a.m. - Yoga Sculpt (Led by Becky Mittelstaedt)
There will be protein shakes offered for sale between classes. All proceeds from the shakes will also go to the family. Bring a yoga mat, water and sculpting weights. The nutrition club has a few extras if needed. RSVP to stacycolson@me.com.
