Boyer Appointed as Interim Administrator of Rice/Steele Consolidated Public Safety Answering Point

The Rice/Steele Dispatch Center Joint Powers Board is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Administrator. Timothy Boyer has been promoted to the position of Interim Administrator of the Rice/Steele Consolidated Public Safety Answering Point. Mr. Boyer has served in a management position within the dispatch center for the past few years, and has recently assumed his new duties, following a competitive application process. The previous director, Barb Brewington, announced her retirement in the fall of 2011, after leading the dispatch center's activities for many years. The Joint Powers Board is excited to have Tim in place and looks forward to continuing the provision of quality services to the citizens of Rice and Steele County.
