Judy Blaisdell, 58

Judy Rose Fosse Blaisdell was born September 25, 1953, in Rapid City, South Dakota, to Louis and Caroline (Etzler) Fosse.  As a girl she lived in various communities with her family until moving to Brook Park, Minnesota, in 1961.  She attended Brook Park Country School and Pine City High School.  She married Donnie Towle on September 25, 1971, at Brook Park Lutheran Church.  Donnie was in the military and they lived in several places including Germany, Kentucky and Georgia.  They returned to Minnesota in 1984 and settled in Long Prairie.  In 1989, while living in Little Falls, Judy and Donnie divorced.  Judy worked for Larson Boat Works and in 1992, moved to St. Cloud.  On July 27, 1995, she married William Blaisdell at the Chapel of the Hills in Rapid City.  After marriage they lived in St. Cloud until moving to Dundas in 1996.  Some of her interests included making cards, crocheting and visiting with friends.  She was a beautiful lady who loved her family.

Survivors include her husband, William; 4 sons: Donnie (Kim) Towle of Thief River Falls, Jeremy Towle of Northfield, Michael (Maria) Towle of Onalaska, Wisconsin, David Towle of Northfield;  8 grandchildren: Karina, Cody, Brayden, Brady, Jocelyn, Tristin, Stevanna, Weston; 2 sisters:   Sherry (Ron) Fedder of Farmington, Debby (Dan) Funk of Mora; 2 brothers: Tony (Carol) Fosse of Prior Lake, Lawnie Fosse of Zimmerman; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Following an extended battle with COPD, Judy passed away on Friday afternoon, April 13, 2012, at the University of Minnesota Hospital in Minneapolis at the age of 58.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, April 16, 2012, at the Benson & Langehough Funeral Home in Northfield with Rev. Dan Clites officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral.
