Justin Wagner, of Northfield, MN, received a BS - Liberal Arts degree with a major in Modern Language during spring commencement ceremonies at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in May. Bachelor's degrees were awarded to 713 students while 110 students received master's degrees.
