Found: Black lab puppy on South Side near soccer fields and Sibley School. Approximately 1-2 years old, neutered. Bright orange snap-style collar with no tags. There was a blue plastic-type tie-out attached to the collar. Looks like it snapped in half while he was tied out in his yard. He's been missing awhile as he was pretty skinny and hungry.
