Nancy Ann (Lund) Williamson, 69

Nancy Ann (Lund) Williamson was born December 13, 1942, in Madison, Minnesota, to Earl and Lyla (Mork) Lund. As a child she moved with her family to Calendar, Iowa, later returning to Clarkfield, Minnesota. She was confirmed at Clarkfield Lutheran Church and graduated from Clarkfield High School in 1960. After graduation, she moved to Minneapolis and began working as a nurses aid. Later she attended and graduated from North Memorial Hospital’s nurses training program. She married James Williamson on April 3, 1970, at Epiphany Lutheran Church in south Minneapolis. After marriage, they lived in South Minneapolis until 1976, when they built their home in Webster Township. After moving to their new home, Nancy began working at the Northfield Hospital and the Northfield Hospital Outpatient Clinic. In 1992, she began working at Allina Clinic and was the nurse for Dr. Farber in the urology department until retiring in 2004.

Nancy was a member of Highview Christiania Lutheran Church where she had been active as a Sunday School and Bible School teacher. She was a blood drive volunteer and enjoyed bowling, sewing, cross stitch, bird watching and gardening. Together, Nancy and Jim loved to travel. They were members of the Good Sam Camping Club - traveling in their RV as often as they could. Nancy was strong, loving, caring, understanding and devoted to her family. Spending time and doing activities with her grandson Mason brought great joy to her life.

Nancy is survived by her husband of 41 years, James; two children: Bradley of Farmington and Stacy (Craig) Callstrom of Kenyon; one grandson, Mason; her sister, Joan Nott of Eagan; her brothers: Allen (Cathie) Lund of Gardnerville, Neveda, Edward (Gail) Lund of Clovis, California; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
