Northfielders Named to the St. Olaf College Dean's List

Marci Sortor, Dean and Provost of St. Olaf College, has named the following local students to the St. Olaf College Dean's list for the Spring 2012 semester. The Dean's list recognizes students with a semester grade point average of 3.75 or higher on a 4-point scale. Dean Sortor stated, "These students have distinguished themselves among a talented and highly qualified student body. We celebrate their success in gaining recognition for academic excellence."

Ryan Abdella from Northfield, MN is a Chemistry major. Abdella is the son of Blake and Beth Abdella.

Beret Amundson from Northfield, MN is an undecided major. Amundson is the daughter of Steven and Jane Amundson.

Lauren Behr from Northfield, MN is a Social Studies Education major. Behr is the daughter of Fred and Vicki Behr.

Jonathan Een Newton from Northfield, MN is a Music major. Een Newton is the son of Andrea Een and Dale Newton.

Eric Emmons from Northfield, MN is a Biology major. Emmons is the son of Henry Emmons and Jane Blockhus.
