Rice County Habitat for Humanity invites you to sign up for a Blitz Build Day on Saturday, Aug. 18, at our Dundas side (130 Miller Lane). We're looking for a total of 60 volunteers—20 volunteers for each of the following shifts: 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., 11 a.m. to 3 p.m, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
We're also looking for people willing to bring meals for each of those shifts. This will be an exciting day where we'll really see the progress of the build. Sign up individually, or form a group of griends, co-workers or family. Must be at least 18 years old to be on the site. Families with younger children could think about making a meal and bringing it to the site for the volunteers.
