Highway 19 East Detour Starts Tuesday

Motorists on Highway 19 between Northfield and Stanton will encounter a detour beginning Tuesday, June 19, as crews replace a culvert, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Motorists will detour using Highway 3, Dakota County Road 47, Dakota County Road 88 and Highway 56.

The detour will remain in place through Thursday, June 21, weather permitting.

MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
