Local Voices: Marriage Amendment, Political Races, Fly Bites

It was another great week for the Local Voices section.

Here's a highlight of some submissions:

• Brenton Balvin and David Mindeman write about their feelings about the proposed constitutional marriage amendment.
• Political candidates came out in full force this week with posts from Northfield City Council at-large candidates Betsey Buckheit, Joe Gasior and David Ludescher. GOP-endorsed Senate candidate Mike Dudley also introduced himself to Patch users.
• Betsy Gasior wrote about the joys of summer reading.
