Medical Equipment Provider Opens in Northfield

A new full-service medical equipment provider has opened along Highway 3 in the strip mall that houses and .

MKR Medical provides equipment and supplies like hospital beds, wheelchairs and other items that can't be found at a traditional pharmacy.

is a partnership between Matthew Olivero, Rob Anderson, who owns , and Keith Anderson.

Olivero said he spent the past two years running the medical business for before partnering with Rob and Keith Anderson.

“We also work with hospice and home-care needs for those people when they’re being taken care of,” Olivero said, noting that the business is about meeting the needs of the customer. “We want people to understand that they’re going to be taken care of from beginning to end."

For now the location has a temporary sign until the permanent back-lit sign is finished.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Appointments can be made for Sundays. The store's number is 507-301-3701.
