PHOTOS: Firefighters Respond to House Struck by Lightning
Firefighters from Northfield, Randolph and Nerstand were called to the home on the 30000 block of Arkansas Avenue shorly before 10 p.m.
A rural Northfield home was struck by lightning Wednesday night as a thunderstorm rolled through the area.
Firefighters from , Randolph and Nerstand were called to the home on the 30000 block of Arkansas Avenue shorly before 10 p.m.
Crews quickly worked to open the roof of the home to help ventilate and officials on scene said the fire was contained by 10:30 p.m.
