PHOTOS: Trash Bin Fire at Fifth and Division
Emergency personnel arrived to the scene at about 4:30 p.m. to find one trash bin and its contents mostly burned away, while nearby containers and an electrical box were also damaged.
Northfield Fire & Rescue and quickly extinguished a trash bin fire late Friday afternoon behind the McClaughry building at Fifth and Division streets.
Emergency personnel arrived to the scene at about 4:30 p.m. to find one trash bin and its contents mostly burned away, while nearby containers and an electrical box were also damaged.
Officials said the damage to the electrical box exposed some live wires.
Nobody was hurt in the fire. It’s unknown at this time was caused it.
