It's Saturday morning and the skies are gloomy once again.

After about 6 inches of rain fell in Northfield on Thursday—and more in the surrounding area—people will be looking to the skies all day to see what, if anything, comes down from it.

While it's suppose to rain this afternoon, the National Weather Service is only calling for about 1/10 of an inch of rain.

However, rain amounts could increase if thunderstorms develop. For tonight, the NWS says there's a 60 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms after 7 p.m.

Sunday is predicted to be sunny until the evening when the NWS says there's a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Looking to Monday, there's a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms.
