AT 703 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL...AND DAMAGING WINDS OF 65 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR LE CENTER...OR 11 MILES EAST OF LE SUEUR...MOVING NORTH AT 35 MPH.

AT 654 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS OF 65 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR MONTGOMERY...OR ABOUT 15 MILES EAST OF LE SUEUR...AND MOVING NORTH AT 30 MPH.
LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE... LE CENTER... KILKENNY... ST HENRY... MONTGOMERY... NEW PRAGUE... VESELI... JORDAN... PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM...PREPARE IMMEDIATELY FOR DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH AND LARGE HAIL. SEEK SHELTER NOW INSIDE A STURDY STRUCTURE AND STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS. WIND DAMAGE WITH THIS STORM WILL OCCUR WELL AHEAD OF ANY RAIN OR LIGHTNING. DO NOT WAIT FOR THE SOUND OF THUNDER BEFORE TAKING COVER.
