• Applebee's is offering a free meal from a limited menu to veterans and active-duty military on Veterans Day.

• Chili's is offering veterans a free meal from a select menu on Veterans Day.

• Denny's is offering a free "build-your-own grand slam breakfast" on Veterans Day from 5 a.m.-noon.

• Dickey's Barbecue Pit is giving veterans a free classic pulled pork sandwich on Veterans Day.
  • 250 E Travelers Trail, Burnsville
• Famous Dave's is giving veterans and active military personnel a free Georgia Chopped Pork Sandwich and side.

• Hooters will give veterans and active-duty military personnel a free meal on Veterans Day.

• Hy-Vee will give veterans and active-duty military personnel a free dine-in breakfast plus 15 percent off a grocery purchase on Veterans Day.

• Red Robin will give veterans and active military members who are registered with Red Robin Royalty a free Red's Tavern Double Burger with Bottomless Steak Fries that can be redeemed until Nov. 14. You must have been signed up for the rewards program by Nov. 1 to receive this offer.

• Starbucks is giving all veterans, military service and military spouses a free tall hot brewed coffee on Veterans Day. In addition, for every hot coffee sold Nov. 11, Starbucks will donate 25 cents divided evenly between Headstrong and Team Red, White & Blue.
• Granite City will give veterans and active military personnel a free lunch from a special Veterans Day menu from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. on Thursday.
