Allan Thomas Goggin, 82, passed away on December 3rd 2023., preceded in death by his daughter Angela, Sister sharen, and parents Thomas and Josephine. Survived by wife Judith for over 60 years, son Troy, granddaughters AnnaMarie and Jordan, also sisters Patty and Maryann, Allan graduated from his schooling at St Thomas college. He was employed for 35 yrs at 3M St Paul campus in the tape division, as worldwide marketing director. Other accomplishments such as chairman of St Paul diabetes house, to house diabetic individuals that could not be independent, and councilman of oakdale township developing little league, sheriff dept and fire dept. These are only a couple of his accomplishments in his lifetime. "A great man that will be greatly missed".
