Family Fun Day at the Washington County Fair: Thursday Events

The 142nd annual Washington County Fair began Wednesday in Lake Elmo.

Admission is $7 for people 16 years and older; $4 for kids ages 6-15; and free for kids 5 years old and younger.

There is free, on-site parking, and more than 50 vendors offering up fair foods and other items. Gates open at 7 a.m. daily, with exhibit buildings open from 10 a.m.-10 p.m.

Thursday is Family Fun Day at the Washington County Fair.

• 8 a.m.: Swine Judging
• 10 a.m.-2 p.m.: Family Fun Day activities
• 10 a.m.: Miniature Horse Show
• 10:30 a.m.: Poultry Judging

• 11 a.m.-4 p.m.: Animal Talks from Down Under (near the main stage)

• 2:30 p.m.: Family Fun Day bike drawing
