Woodbury Leadership Academy (WLA) is a tuition-free, K-12 public charter school where high expectations and success matter to all! Our learning environment and school community promotes academic achievement for students in grades K-12, as well as personal integrity, equity and a dedication to value and serve others. We use inquiry based learning by teaching the Core Knowledge Curriculum — building strong skills in math, reading, writing, history, science and technology. We also have a strong character education program to ensure students develop exceptional leadership skills. The following people were arrested according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office: June 30 <ul> <li>Gordon Snow, 48, of Oakdale, arrested at 1965 Donegal Drive in Woodbury by Woodbury Police on disorderly conduct and property damage charges. </li> </ul> July 1 <ul> <li>William Standiford, 48, of Oakdale, arrested off of Hwy. 36 and Hwy. 95 by Stillwater Police on traffic charges. </li> </ul> July 2 <ul> <li>Donald Harris, 51, of Oakdale, arrested by the Washington County Sheriff's Office on traffic and DWI charges.</li> <li>Chor Her, 41, of Oakdale, arrested at Upper 35th Street at Granada Avenue by Oakdale Police on traffic and fourth-degree DWI charges.</li> </ul> July 5 <ul> <li>James Mroszak, 29, of Oakdale, arrested at Hwy. 36 at Washington Avenue by the State Patrol on traffic and fourth-degree DWI charges. </li> </ul>   Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence.
