Oakdale Man Fractures Friend's Jaw, Now Faces Assault Charge
Glenn Lucky Lucken, 19, of Oakdale made his first appearance in Washington County District Court for breaking his friend's jawbone in the spring.

An Oakdale man faces a third-degree assault charge for fracturing his friend's jawbone.
According to the criminal complaint, Glenn Lucky Lucken, 19, arrived home with his brother on April 30 to find several friends standing outside of his house. Lucken's brother said he did not want any friends hanging around the house when Lucken isn't home. Lucken told his brother he would take care of it.
Lucken approached the group of friends and said they had five seconds to leave the area. Lucken then counted to five and then punched one of the friends.

The victim said that was the hardest he had ever been hit and part of his tooth fell out of his mouth after the punch. Later his mother took the victim to Woodwinds Hospital where he was diagnosed with a closed jawbone fracture.
In an interview with Oakdale Police Officers, Lucken said that the victim did not attempt to fight back and had not threatened Lucken.

If convicted, Lucken could face a maximum sentence of five years in prison and pay $10,000 in fines for the felony-level assault charge.
