An Oakdale man faces a third-degree assault charge for fracturing his friend's jawbone. According to the criminal complaint, Glenn Lucky Lucken, 19, arrived home with his brother on April 30 to find several friends standing outside of his house. Lucken's brother said he did not want any friends hanging around the house when Lucken isn't home. Lucken told his brother he would take care of it. Lucken approached the group of friends and said they had five seconds to leave the area. Lucken then counted to five and then punched one of the friends. The victim said that was the hardest he had ever been hit and part of his tooth fell out of his mouth after the punch.
