The Oakdale city council will receive an overview of the 2012 Street Reconstruction Program. Other items on the agenda include canvassing the votes from the Nov. 6 election; issuing a 2012 Natural Tree Sales license; adopting a fiscal policy reflected in the 2013-2014 Capital Improvement Plan and initiating 2013 projects. The city council will also hold a workshop at 5 p.m. to discuss the 2013 special revenue and utiity budgets and the 2013-2018 Capital Improvement Plan.
