Woodbury Leadership Academy (WLA) is a tuition-free, K-12 public charter school where high expectations and success matter to all! It's the day that many Minnesotans have been waiting for. On Aug. 1, officials around the state will do something they've never done: preside over weddings between same-sex couples. Are you knee-deep in wedding plans or do you know a happy couple who will finally tie the knot? Do you work in the wedding industry? Have you seen an increase in happy couples flocking to your services or is it business as usual? Consider sharing the story on Patch. As a community website, we're only as good as the content we, and our readers, provide. We'd love to document the historic day. But we can't do it alone. Writing on Patch is easy.
