• OTC celebrates new Perham Highway Garage (nymdispatch.com) — Perham residents now have a new Otter Tail County highway garage in town, designed to better protect equipment and support winter and road maintenance. County leaders, Perham’s mayor, and highway staff marked the opening with tours and thanks to local partners. The modern facility’s expanded indoor storage and wash bay aim to extend vehicle life and improve service to area drivers.
   

• Perham wrestling sweeps Bemidji Tri, secures 9th place at STMA Invitational (perhamfocus.com) — Perham’s Yellowjackets wrestling team opened the season strong, sweeping the Bemidji Tri and then battling to a ninth-place finish against top programs at the STMA Invitational. Several Perham wrestlers earned high individual placements, including standout performances from Tiegan Detloff, Carson Zeise, and newcomer Eli Roiko, as the team now looks ahead to a Grand Forks tournament.
   

• Conrad Engen, 97, Obituary – 12/6/2025 (herald-journal.com) — Perham readers may remember Conrad Engen, who with his wife once owned a home in Perham and later settled closer to central Minnesota. The 97-year-old Korean War veteran and longtime Marquette Welding employee is remembered for his deep love of family, dancing, and the outdoors. Services will be held Friday, Dec. 12, in Annandale with burial at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery.
