Football Cleats, Vegetables and More Stolen: Recent Thefts in Plymouth

The recent Plymouth Police blotter shows numerous thefts including a vehicle, a compactor stolen from a construction site and more.

From August 8-21 the Plymouth Police Department reported 114 incidents, which included the following:

•  Twenty-six thefts, items stolen included: game and game console, $1,500 worth of company tools, wallets, light bulbs from outdoor light fixtures, phone, cash, vegetables, license plate, generator, shoes, bicycles, merchandise, Kindle, financial funds, camcorder, football cleats, jewelry, credit cards, prescription medication, handgun and six LED lights.

•  Fifteen thefts from a motor vehicle, items stolen included: golf clubs, golf bag, purses, GPS units, phone charger, CDs, cell phones, duffle bag, iPod ear phones, registration tabs and an iPhone.

•  One motor vehicle theft in which the car was later recovered in another city.

• Five commercial burglaries including one on Aug. 10 and two on Aug. 11 all in the same area on the 2700 block of Annapolis Circle North and Lane North where suspect(s) stole phones, iPads and items/money totaling $855.  There was also one reported Aug. 19 in which a compactor valued at $2,500 was stolen from a secure construction site over the weekend on the 4100 block of Vinewood Lane North.

• Four residential burglaries, several of which entry was gained through a back door or pried open a sliding door and items were stolen.
