Juveniles Caught Drinking, Group Fighting in Parking Lot: Plymouth Police Report

A recent Plymouth Police blotter includes incidents of false information given to police, underage drinking and more.

From August 1-7 the Plymouth Police Department reported 48 incidents, which included the following:

• Three instances of counterfeit money/currency received

• One underage liquor violation incident reported Aug. 1 in which officers responded to a loud party complaint and discovered numerous underage drinkers on the 2000 block of Shenandoah Court North. Several juveniles were cited for alcohol violations include one 15-year-old, one 16-year-old, two 17-year-olds and one 18-year-old Plymouth woman.

• Two instances of fraud

• One instance of false information given to police reported on Aug. 6 when officers received several calls regarding a group of people fighting in a parking lot on the 17600 block of 19th Avenue North. Upon arrival some of the parties involved had left the scene, but one suspect, a 23-year-old Maple Grove man, was cited for false information to police.
