To the Editor: Plymouth City Council member Jeff Wosje has demonstrated his fiscal management skills during our most recent budget sessions.  He understands the need for Plymouth to remain fiscally sound and works to hold the line on property taxes.  Jeff has also brought his business experience to the council as he analyzes the details of development and redevelopment proposals.  Jeff does his homework! Jeff has demonstrated his commitment to serve his Ward 2 constituents: he meets with them in their homes and neighborhoods to discuss matters of concern.  Jeff works diligently to serve his constituents but also recognizes the broader needs of the entire city.  In short, Jeff has become a valued member and colleague on the City Council since his appointment last year following the resignation of Councilmember Kathleen Murdock.
