Charles P. (Chuck) Stephan, 39, of Plymouth passed away Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012. He was born Jan. 2, 1973.  He is survived by beloved wife, Jenny; sons, Matthew and Mason; parents, Molly and Curtis; brothers, Christopher (Michelle) and Paul (Rita); parents-in-law, Anita and Gary Allen; brother-in-law, David (Mary) Allen; nieces and nephews; dear friend, Jon Rieke; extended family and many friends.  Memorials are preferred to the family. Visitation was 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, at Lord of Life Lutheran Church,  7401 County Road 101 in Maple Grove. Funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. on the same day and in the same location.
