OBITUARY: Jerome Herbert of Plymouth
Visitation and funeral service is Wednesday, Sept. 12, at The Church of the Holy Name of Jesus in Medina.
Jerome Herbert, 82, of Plymouth passed away Sept. 8, 2012. He was born Aug. 22, 1930.
He is survived by his beloved wife, JoAnn; children, Dr. LeeAnn Herbert (Mark Thelemann), Jim Herbert, Tim Herbert (Margy), Paula Gamer (Kenny), Melissa Herbert, Nicky Burns (Michael); grandchildren, Brittany, Dylan, Preston, Connor, Olivia, Derek, Dustin, Brianna, Joey, Charlie, Sydney, Nick, Mikayla and Taylor; sisters-in-law, Merle Herbert and DeLores Olson; brother-in-law, John O'Malley; family and friends.
He is preceded in death by parents, Minnie and John; siblings, Don, Howard, Jack, Curty, Dan, Rosemary and Patti.

Interment is at Holy Name Cemetery.

A visitation is 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, 155 County Road 24 in Medina. Funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. on the same day in the same location.
