OBITUARY: Martin 'Marty' LaBerge of Plymouth

Martin "Marty" LaBerge, 51, of Plymouth passed away Sept. 12, 2012. He was born Nov. 28, 1960.

He is preceded in death by grandparents, Andrew & Julia Gonko and Ovide Sr. & Ruth LaBerge.

He is survived by loving wife, Becky; children, Austin, Brooke, Connor, Andrew, and Rebecca; parents, Ovide and Delores; brother, Michael (Kim); sisters, Theresa (Mike) Berndt, Kathleen (Lance) Mohn, and Pamela (Todd) Jellum; 12 nieces and nephews; Carol Sletten (mother of Andrew and Rebecca); other relatives and many friends.

Marty loved woodworking, fishing, cooking, boat and model-making and especially enjoyed going to his children's activities.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. 

Visitation is 12 to 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at Calvary Lutheran Church, 7520 Golden Valley Road in Golden Valley. Funeral service will follow at the same place on the same day at 1 p.m.
