Update: Police Seek Man Who Robbed Burger King Monday Night

The Burger King off Highway 55 and 494 was robbed late Monday night as crews closed up for the night.

Police are looking for a white male who robbed the Burger King off Highway 55 in Plymouth late Monday night Sept. 3.

According to lead investigator John Goldenman with the Plymouth Police Department:

"At approximately 10:40 p.m. on Sept. 3, the Burger King located at 14430 28th Place North in Plymouth was robbed at gunpoint. Two employees inside the store were in the process of closing for the night when the gunman entered."

Goldenman said the suspect was described as a 6-foot white male with a bandana covering his face.

An undisclosed amount of money was taken from the safe. Nobody was injured during the robbery.
