Plymouth Police Report: Burglaries, Vehicle Thefts and Shoplifting

The most recent Plymouth Police blotter shows residential burglaries, car thefts and numerous thefts of different items.

From July 11-17 the Plymouth Police Department reported 64 incidents, which included the following:

• One commercial burglary, reported July 13 involving theft of copper from a building currently under construction on the 11200 block of Hwy 55.

• Three residential burglaries

• Eighteen thefts, items stolen included: bicycles, wallet, cell phone, cash, checks, credit cards, computer, iPhone 5, landscape light, flower pot, keys, candy, American flag, an iPhone and food. Other incidents include shoplifting and illegal dumping in a dumpster.

• Six thefts from a vehicle, items stolen included: cash, billfold, tools worth $450, music equipment worth $3,000, GPS, CD player and license plates.

• Two motor vehicle thefts, the first reported July 15 a victim said an unknown suspect stole their vehicle overnight on the 3300 block of Hwy 169. No value of loss listed. The other incident was reported July 16 in which the victim’s vehicle was stolen from the parking lot on the 13800 block of 24th Avenue North. Value of loss is $3,000.
