Richfield police cleared a building on Thursday after they received a call about a "suspicious device" inside.The caller reported that a cleaning crew noticed the item around 10 a.m. Thursday when cleaning out a vacant unit in the complex in the 7600 block of Cedar Avenue, <a href="http://minnesota.cbslocal.com/2016/07/28/suspicious-device-richfield/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to a CBS report</a>."Upon arrival, Richfield police called the Bloomington Bomb Squad as a precaution," the article said. "Shortly after 10:30 a.m. the bomb squad arrived and evacuated the apartment complex. Through further investigation, the bomb squad determined the item had only be designed to look like a bomb and was not actually an explosive."
